Derwyn Hancocks, B.A., has held both management and executive positions in human resources with well-known private sector Canadian companies. He was the founding chair of the Peel Industrial Training Advisory Committee and has taught labour relations at Sheridan College.

Yosie Saint-Cyr, LL.B., was called to the Quebec bar in 1988 where she practised employment and labour law until 1999. Yosie is one of Canada's best-known and most-respected HR authors, with an extensive background in employment and labour law across the country. She is also the HRinfodesk Managing Editor.

Christina Catenacci, B.A., LL.B., LL.M., was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She obtained her Professional LLM Specializing in Labour Relations and Employment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 2013; a Bachelor of Law from the University of Windsor in 2001 and her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.

Kranc (pronounced "Krantz"), B.A. (Hons.), LL.B., is principal of Kranc Associates, and has been practising all facets of immigration law since 1990, specializing in corporate immigration. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on immigration law issues and is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Immigration Law. Mr. Kranc is also the president of Emigra Canada, which provides global corporate immigration services.
