  • Creating and maintaining an HR policy and procedure manual is a substantial undertaking for any organization. The process takes a lot of valuable time and effort - but it’s essential. You must comply with Ontario employment law statutes and regulations and avoid costly legal challenges. But how do you find the time to research, write and review the policies, then distribute them to your colleagues? And how do you maintain your policy manual when the laws never stop changing?
  • That’s where Human Resources PolicyPro - Ontario Edition (ONPP) can help. ONPP contains a complete set of ready-to-use model personnel policies and expert advice about each of them. Whether you use ONPP as a comprehensive reference work or a fast, easy way to customize, print and distribute individual policies or a complete policy manual, Human Resources PolicyPro - Ontario Edition is an ideal way to ensure that your personnel policies are clear and consistent, and that they comply with Ontario’s minimum employment law requirements. And the powerful PolicyPro application is fully integrated with Word and Excel, so there's no new software to learn.
