Troubleshooting
 

No Reports appear in the Reports Module
 

Reports are downloaded each time you start HRtrack. If the zip file containing the reports gets corrupted, the file will not decompress and no reports will be visible.

The corrupted zip file must be deleted before the Reports Module can be repopulated.

To repopulate the Reports Module

  1. Click Activation > First Reference Override


     
  2. Type deletereports and click OK.


     
  3. Close and restart HRtrack.
