If the Microsoft Installer entry for
HRtrack is corrupted, you
will need to manually uninstall the current version of the software
before the update can be installed.
If Method 1 is unsuccessful, you may be able to uninstall the current release of
HRtrack using the Program Maintenance Screen. In order to use this method, you must know
which version of HRtrack is currently installed on your computer
and you must have access to the installation package for
that version.
To Determine the currently installed release
Start HRtrack and click on Help > About
The HRtrack release will be listed on the about screen

Double-click on the install package for the installed
version and
follow the on-screen prompts.
When the Program Maintenance screen appears click the
Remove radio button and click Next.
