HRtrack is designed as a stand-alone application to be installed on a user's computer. The software is networkable, but HRtrack must be installed and run locally on a client PC. The data files can be stored on a network drive or shared folder for collaboration or backup purposes.

Requirements
  • Windows XP or Windows Vista
  • Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 --- If it is not detected, it will automatically be installed. HRtrack will not install until .NET v 2.0 is installed
Recommendations
  • For best performance, we recommend a screen resolution of at least 1280 x 1024
  • Microsoft Office 2003 or later
  • A PDF Viewer such as Adobe Reader or Foxit reader

No. You can use HRtrack without Outlook. The integration module is disabled when you install HRtrack. If you choose to enable Outlook integration, HRtrack will populate your Outlook calendar with tasks and reminders from HRtrack.


The Probationary, Performance and Disciplinary review templates are in Microsoft Word format and are designed to be used within the HRtrack workspace. If you do not have Microsoft Office you may not be able to take advantage of these features of HRtrack.


Yes.


Yes, your HRtrack data can be stored on a network drive or a shared folder. However, the HRtrack software must be installed locally on your computer to ensure all of the necessary Windows controls are installed and registered. The HRtrack data folder can then be copied to a network drive and you can connect to the database in the network folder.


Yes, more than one person can use HRtrack, although each user requires a valid Registration Code.
