Registration rates include the full-day conference, conference materials, parking, refreshments, a continental breakfast, and lunch.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration prior to June 6, 2012, an $85 processing fee (+ HST) will be charged. All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 6, 2012. Substitutions may be made at any time with no charge.
