- Creating and maintaining an HR policy and procedure manual is a substantial undertaking for any organization. The process takes a lot of valuable time and effort - but it’s essential. You must comply with Alberta employment law statutes and regulations and avoid costly legal challenges. But how do you find the time to research, write and review the policies, then distribute them to your colleagues? And how do you maintain your policy manual when the laws never stop changing?
- That’s where Human Resources PolicyPro - Alberta Edition (ABPP) can help. ABPP contains a complete set of ready-to-use personnel policies and expert advice about each of them. Whether you use ABPP as a comprehensive reference work or as a fast, easy way to customize, print and distribute individual policies or a complete policy manual, Human Resources PolicyPro - Alberta Edition ensures your personnel policies are clear and consistent, and that they comply with Alberta’s minimum employment law requirements.
