The Human Resources Advisor, PolicyPro and HRtrack all require the Microsoft .NET Framework. Download version 3.5 SP1 of the .NET framework free of charge from the Microsoft Download Center.
The most common problem when importing an Excel file of employee data to HRtrack is incorrect formatting in the file to be imported:

Some users have experienced a glitch during the database upgrade process that prevents the data in the Documents tab from being displayed after upgrading HRtrack.
If data from the Documents tab is missing after installing HRtrack Version 4, you may need to run the Document Table Correction utility. To resolve this issue:

HRtrack requires the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable in order to generate reports. You can download the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable free of charge from the Microsoft Download Center.
PolicyPro also requires a PDF viewer for the Model policies. You can download Adobe Reader from the Adobe website or get the Foxit Reader from the Foxit website. Both of these readers are free.
