The Human Resources Advisor, PolicyPro and HRtrack all require the Microsoft .NET Framework. Download version 3.5 SP1 of the .NET framework free of charge from the Microsoft Download Center.

File to Test Employee Import Process in HRtrack

The most common problem when importing an Excel file of employee data to HRtrack is incorrect formatting in the file to be imported:

• too many or too few columns,
• columns out of order or
• columns not containing the expected data

Repopulate the Documents Tab

Some users have experienced a glitch during the database upgrade process that prevents the data in the Documents tab from being displayed after upgrading HRtrack.

If data from the Documents tab is missing after installing HRtrack Version 4, you may need to run the Document Table Correction utility. To resolve this issue:

1. Save the file DocumentTableCorrection.zip to your computer
2. Double-click on the file DocumentTableCorrection.zip and copy the file DocumentTableCorrection.exe to your Desktop.
3. Double-click on the file DocumentTableCorrection.exe to run the utility.
4. Click the Correct Document Table button.
5. Close the Document Table Correction utility.

Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable

HRtrack requires the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable in order to generate reports. You can download the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable free of charge from the Microsoft Download Center.

PolicyPro

PDF Viewers

PolicyPro also requires a PDF viewer for the Model policies. You can download Adobe Reader from the Adobe website or get the Foxit Reader from the Foxit website. Both of these readers are free.
