Editors

Content Editor

Lynn Hunter-Barnard, BA, MSA HR, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources. She has extensive experience in human resources policy creation. She develops and manages content for all editions of Human Resources PolicyPro except Quebec.

Managing Editor

Yosie Saint-Cyr, LLB, was called to the Quebec bar in 1988 and is a member in good standing. She practised business, employment and labour law until 1999 before becoming Managing Editor at First Reference.

Yosie is responsible for the high-quality, up-to-date content for employment law services and the Internal Controls Library. She is currently enrolled in the Osgoode Professional LLM degree program.

He also acts for a broad spectrum of clients, including employers involved in the areas of construction, high tech, mining, manufacturing, health care, small business, accounting, food service and not for profit.
