Author
Derwyn Hancocks, B.A., has held both management and executive positions in human resources with well-known private sector Canadian companies. He was the founding chair of the Peel Industrial Training Advisory Committee and has taught labour relations at Sheridan College.

Editor
Michele Glassford, is a lawyer, researcher and policy analyst with a background in labour law. Michele graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and York University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994. In addition to a part-time law practice in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Michele has worked in the field of labour adjustment for the Health Sector Training and Adjustment Program and has been a Researcher for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Michele also holds the position of Vice President and Managing Editor of D.R. Hancocks & Associates, Inc.
