Activate a PolicyPro Subscription

The 30-day Trial

PolicyPro is distributed on a 30-day trial basis. During the trial, you can create five documents to get a feel for the software. 

When you purchase a subscription to PolicyPro, you'll receive a new Activation Code that allows you to continue using the software past the 30-day trial period and removes the document creation restriction.

To Activate a PolicyPro Subscription Over the Web

1. Click on Subscription and select Activate PolicyPro








The Activation Screen appears.

 
2. Type the Product Key and your valid email address 
into the appropriate box. This information is required for accessing the online updates.
 
3. Click on the Activate Software! button

A Progress Bar appears and a subscription Activation Code will be returned and automatically inserted into the Activation Code box.

 

4. Click OK

 

5. Click Save & Close to complete the subscription Activation Process





An Information box appears stating that PolicyPro must be closed and re-opened to apply the Activation code.

 
6. Click Yes to exit PolicyPro and apply the Activation Code.

 

7. Re-start the PolicyPro software
 

You now have access to all of the features of  the PolicyPro software and the Trial countdown will no longer appear when you start the software.
