A

Activation Code -- The Activation Code is used to authorize a PolicyPro trial or subscription. 

Archive Policy -- A Policy version for storing policies and procedures that are no longer in use, or, have been modified after their initial implementation.

Draft Policy-- A Policy version for use while a policy is being revised or is waiting for approval

Editing Toolbar-- The toolbar in the Document Window.

Front Matter-- Title and copyright pages that can be used when a manual is being printed.

Model Policy-- A Policy version that contains the documentation and samples provided by First Reference to be used as an aid in creating a customized policy. Model polcies are stored in Portable Document Format (pdf) and cannot be modified.

Official Policy-- A Policy version for storing the final, approved version of the policy. The Official policy should be the "in force" version of the policy and should be the version that is published and distributed.

Policy Notes--A storage area for comments about a policy. Can be used to track changes to the policy.

Policy Version-- The workflow status of a policy: Model, Draft, Official or Archive. 

Product Key-- A unique identifier that allows eligible users to update PolicyPro online.
