Manage Your Policies

Rename or Renumber a Policy

When you create your policy manual, the naming convention for the policies mirrors the print version. As a result, you may want to revise the policy names or re-number the policies to reflect the content that comprises your manual.

Note: Any renaming, renumbering or re-ordering of policies in the Table of Contents will not be reflected in the Compliance module.

To Rename a Policy

  1. Right-click on the Policy in the PolicyPro Table of Contents
  2. When the Policy Action menu appears, select Rename

     

  3. When the Rename Document box appears, type in a new name for the policy and click OK.



    The Policy appears in the Table of Contents with the new name.
