Forms and Attachments Included with PolicyPro

Many of the policies included with PolicyPro include forms to help administer the policy. These forms are in the Attachments section at the end of the print version of the policies, but do not appear in the electronic versions of the policies.

However, customizable versions of these forms and attachments in Word^® or Excel^® format are available and can be added to your policy manual.

If First Reference provides a form or attachment for a policy, there will be a plus sign (+) beside the policy title in the Compliance Module in the Resources Window.

Click on the plus sign to see the title of the form(s) related to that policy.
