- Yosie Saint-Cyr, LL.B., was called to the Quebec bar in 1988 where she practised business, employment and labour law until 1999. She is a researcher, policy analyst, and content provider with an extensive background in employment and labour law across Canada. She also obtained a Certificate in Technical & Professional Writing from York University--Glendon in 2003.
